Vintage Milk Bottle Cap Table Makeover

Table Makeover Using a Vintage Milk Bottle Cap Inspired Design from Denise on a Whim
I bought 2 matching round tables from a yard sale last year.
The tops of the tables have indentations around them and, to me,
they resemble a bottle cap.
So I ran with that idea!
I looked at some vintage milk bottle labels online
and, using them as inspiration, created a graphic for my table top.

I started by painting the bottom section of the table in Virginia Chestnut.
I used Coco for the top of the table and the legs.Table Makeover Using a Vintage Milk Bottle Cap Inspired Design from Denise on a Whim
Once the paint was dry, I applied my vinyl stencil and began painting the graphic.
I used 2 stencils for this project.
The first was just the inner and outer circle with the dark brown reverse section cut out as well.

I used Emperor's Silk for the red circle and Rushmore for the inner circle.
Then I painted Virginia Chestnut behind where it says Chocolate Milk.

Next, I applied my second stencil and painted my lettering.

I just happen to have a farm across the street from my house.
But, no, it's not Sunrise Dairy!

As far as I know, there's not really a Sunrise Dairy in my area.
But, if there was, I think they might like this little table makeover!
