This one was much simpler than the tiered stand I created a few weeks ago. All it took was a candle stick and a cake pan. I painted the candlestick with a homemade chalk paint in a light blue. To the base, I added a brown and white checked piece of material, simply tying it in a knot.

Measuring where the center of the cake pan was, I drilled a hole in the bottom of the pan and then screwed it onto the candlestick.
