A friend of mine gave me this really nice vintage suitcase.
I just love the coloring on it.
The way it has naturally aged is quite beautiful!
I've painted suitcases before but I knew I couldn't paint over
the gorgeous brown time-worn distressing on this one!
A few scuffs here and there...
That gorgeous stitching alongside the aged metal...
The tiniest bit of rusting adds to the wonderful patina...
What a gorgeous deep brown that looks fantastic paired with the black on the suitcase!
This quote about adventure seemed to suit it to a tee!
I think it would look great on a mantle with a vintage map as it's backdrop!
