I love using bright colors on my crafty projects, but I seldom get quite this colorful with furniture.
The mix of red, white and teal just seemed to be calling to me...
I normally go with blue, like on our Vintage Desk Makeover, or Coco, like on our Card Catalog Inspired Table.
But I saw a cute little table done in these colors when I went of fill my booth at Caledonia Vintage Marketplace and I just couldn't resist giving it a try myself!
We purchased this tall-legged table at a rummage sale and it seemed like the perfect project to get my weekly teal fix with :)
I used CeCe Caldwell's Santa Fe Turquoise on the legs and Traverse City Cherry on the top of the table, covering that with ASCP Old White on the top and the insets.
The original dark stain on the table made for some great distressing!
This was a quick paint project and a little out-of-the-norm for me as far as colors. But I really like how it turned out. Hope you have too!
